Descripción del trabajoDevelops and maintains local CIB applications, ensuring alignment with Group IT standards, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity protocols . Leads technology initiatives from planning to implementation, supporting BAU activities, projects, and strategic transformations . Collaborates with 17 European branches , delivering IT solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in CIB operations. Lead the development and maintenance of in-house .NET applications, ensuring continuity, compliance, and high-quality standards . Bridge business needs with technical solutions , proposing sustainable and efficient approaches. Guarantee application reliability , from development to production, while adhering to cybersecurity and Group IT rules . Analyze business requirements and propose scalable, compliant solutions aligned with CIB’s development best practices. Lead the full development lifecycle : From requirements analysis to testing, deployment, and production support. Ensure application maintainability and upgradability , minimizing technical debt. Engage stakeholders (business, IT, compliance) to validate requirements and assess impacts. Coordinate with development teams , prioritizing tasks, estimating efforts, and guiding day-to-day activities. Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge and drive innovation. Monitor service continuity , reporting on deadlines, budgets, and risks. Analyze incidents , propose preventive actions, and implement improvements. Support production releases , comparing impacts vs. expectations and adjusting as needed. Propose methods to enhance efficiency in development, testing, and deployment. Contribute to roadmap planning for applications under your scope. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 7 years in Information Technology , with : 5+ years in .NET development (.NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework). 3+ years in software analysis, production releases, and testing support . 1+ year as a technical lead , guiding teams on prioritization, estimation, and development. Backend & Frontend : .NET, REST APIs, websites. Databases : Oracle SQL / PLSQL, relational database management. Scripting : PowerShell. Desirable : Software architecture knowledge. Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory for collaboration with European teams). Analytical mindset : Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Leadership : Experience guiding teams and managing priorities. Problem-solving : Proactive approach to incident resolution and process improvement. Communication : Clear and concise stakeholder engagement. Training programs and internal mobility (national / international). Clear career paths with performance-based progression.
