Overview Customer Success Manager Role
We're seeking a driven individual to support our clients in implementing their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reputation programs.
Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to clients in conducting surveys and onboarding processes.
Work closely with clients to ensure successful survey completion and accreditation.
Identify customer needs and report back to senior management.
Requirements Master's program or university student with relevant experience in Human Resources (HR) or Software as a Service (SAAS) environments.
Prior knowledge of project management principles and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and possess excellent English language skills, with Italian proficiency being a plus.
