About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on a challenging position that combines responsibility for pricing management, bookkeeping, and process automation.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large product portfolio, overseeing daily bookkeeping using German accounting software, and driving automation projects to streamline financial processes.Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update pricing for 120,000+ products across more than 100 suppliers.- Manage daily bookkeeping with attention to detail and accuracy.- Contribute to the integration of bookkeeping into the ERP system.- Collaborate with management to implement automation and process improvements.- Work closely with accounting, back-office, and leadership teams to support decision-making.Candidate ProfileBackground : A degree in economics, finance, or a related field is advantageous;relevant work experience also valued.Experience : Proven experience in pricing, bookkeeping, or financial administration. Experience with automation or ERP systems is highly desirable.Skills : - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.- Comfortable handling large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.- Familiarity with German accounting / tax systems is a plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Languages : Fluent English and professional Spanish;German is an advantage.- Personal attributes : Independent, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and motivated to improve processes in a dynamic international environment.
