Role : Test Automation Engineer at an International Service Delivery Center in Valencia.

What You’ll Do Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Squish for Qt applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate complex systems, ensuring precision and reliability in delivery.

Migration of the application from Debian to Yocto, ensuring seamless functionality post-migration.

Replace manual testing scripts with API calls to enhance automation efficiency.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.

Familiarity with test automation frameworks, preferably Squish or Selenium.

Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Java or JavaScript).

Understanding of CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for test automation integration.

Knowledge of Linux environments (Debian or other distributions).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

Good communication skills (B2-C1) in English (German is a plus).

Additional Skills Debugging, compiling code, and resolving build issues.

Experience replacing manual scripts with API calls.

Basic knowledge of Java is a plus.

Familiarity with databases (SQL) and API testing (REST / GraphQL).

Exposure to Yocto Project for embedded Linux development is a plus.
