Project Manager BTTF / SAP Implementation

Overview

Asmodee is a global leader in board games and trading card games, operating through 23 Distribution Units across the world. We distribute both in-house and third-party titles across Hobby, Mass Market, and eCommerce channels, mainly focused on B2B activities.

The BTTF (Back to the Future) program is Asmodee’s group-wide transformation initiative. After defining the target processes, we are now focused on designing the core model (processes, standards, tools). We will then coordinate its deployment country by country leveraging a local project manager. The program covers process changes, system rollouts (ERP, PIM, B2B Webshop, CRM), and financial standards adoption.

Mission Summary : Drive the successful local deployment of the BTTF defined core model (processes, tools, standards), ensuring coordination between local teams and central project governance. Be the operational engine of the local deployment, including supporting all the post go-live hyper care activities.

Your role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and structure the local deployment workstream (project plan, deliverables, timeline).
• Animate and support local BPOs and Key Users to ensure delivery of required inputs (e.g. data, testing, validation).
• Track and report progress, issues, and risks to central team.
• Act as the single point of contact between local team and central BTTF team.
• Ensure alignment with core model principles and deployment methodology.
• Facilitate local workshops, training sessions, and change activities.
• Escalate roadblocks and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
