What you’ll do

We are looking for a Strategic & Service Designer to join us. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary and talented team from marketing and communication to UX, branding, strategy, and analytics.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Work in the conceptualization, strategy, and design process of products or services, collaborating with other internal design teams and client teams.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with professionals from both Tangity and NTT DATA : digital product design teams, business teams, technological teams, digital agencies, etc., to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Participate in client sessions for analysis, co-creation, idea generation, conceptualization of value propositions and services, prototyping, initiative prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Collaborate in the creation of value propositions, design principles, services, and business models.
• Solve problems with natural analytical and innovative skills.
• Define the roadmap for the designed product / service.
• Participate in transferring the strategy and service design to digital product areas for implementation.
