Systems Engineering Engineer

Actually we are looking for Endpoint Systems Engineer to provide Level 2 support for endpoint management using tools like Intune and SCCM, be responsible for troubleshooting hardware / software issues, manage OS, applications, and configurations, and ensure endpoint security compliance. The roll is 90% focused on resolving user incidents related to workplace and endpoints, with the remaining time supporting transformation projects.

Technical knowledge and experience administering Intune in terms of device management and configurations / security policies / compliance policies / autopilot.

Technical knowledge in SCCM. OS Deployment, Software deployment and reporting through SCCM.

Working with “Service now” (or similar) and Change Management process.

Technical knowledge in the administration of AD Users and Computers and the configuration of GPOs.

Experience in developing, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages to all corporate users including non-Microsoft applications.

Experience in deployment of Operating System Security Patches and version upgrades using Intune

Experience in building Microsoft Windows OS images for overall company deployment.

Experience in hardware drivers as part of Windows Image packaging and deployment

Experience managing Hybrid environment (On-prem + Entra ID joined devices)

Fundamental to the role is the ability to Interact with global multi-national team and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Ability to multitask with multiple projects and work independently if necessary.

Flexible attitude to working hours.

Strong or excellent communication skill in English
