Global Account Executive - Contractor (Autonomo)

Location : Madrid, Spain

Are you passionate about travel, customer service, and building relationships? Oasis is looking for a Global Account Executive to join our team in Madrid, Spain! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some solid basic work experience who is eager to grow their career in the hospitality and travel industry while working with clients around the world.

Who We Are

Founded in 2009, Oasis is where "Home Meets Hotel." We combine the space and comfort of home-sharing with the quality and service of a hotel. With over 1,000 curated properties in top cities across Latin America and Europe , our goal is to make travel seamless and enjoyable for modern travelers. We’re building a new way to travel, and we want you to be part of it!

What You’ll Do

As a Global Account Executive you’ll play a key role in helping our clients book their dream accommodations. You’ll work with corporate clients to make their travel easy, fun, and stress-free. Don’t worry—you’ll get plenty of training and support to succeed in this role!

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like :

  • Help clients plan and book their stays in amazing destinations around the world.
  • Respond to client questions and requests in a friendly and timely way.
  • Work closely with our team to close bookings and make clients happy.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty.
  • Keep track of client accounts and help grow our partnerships.
  • Learn about each client’s needs and match them with the perfect Oasis property.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who loves helping people and is excited to grow in the hospitality and travel industry. You don’t need years of experience—just a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn!

Must-Haves :

  • Strong English and Spanish skills (both written and spoken).
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (like sales, customer service, or hospitality).
  • Great communication and people skills—you love building relationships!
  • Organized and detail-oriented—you can juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Madrid Based candidates ONLY
  • Nice-to-Haves (but not required) :

  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • A passion for travel and helping others.
