As an Account Executive , your job isn’t just to sell - it’s to deeply understand, advise, and co-design solutions with our customers. You’ll be speaking to companies who build the future - from hydrogen producers to sustainable fuels innovators - and you’ll become their trusted partner in navigating complex regulatory challenges. We’re looking for someone who is commercially sharp and deeply empathetic. Someone who finds joy in uncovering real problems - and solving them with care and clarity
Tasks
- Own and drive deals through Atmen’s Sales funnel - from qualified lead to signed customer - by creating occasions to meet prospects and build a relationship. Execute Atmen’s sales strategy across segments and geographies
- Discover the client’s real pains and the implications of those pains — and help them visualise what life looks like with those pains solved.
- Run tailored mini-demos (max. 3 pain points per call) to show how we can solve specific problems simply and reliably — not a full product tour.
- Draw the path from current state to solution : define timeframes, milestones, success metrics, and clarify what resources are needed on both sides.
- Uncover and address objections early and constructively — no elephants under the rug.
- Create urgency where appropriate, based on real business drivers.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals , keeping long-term relationships in mind.
- Act as voice of customer internally to inform product development
Requirements
We’re looking for a smart, ambitious commercial leader who moves fast and has the maturity to build strong relationships in complex B2B environments.
You may be a fit if you bring :
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, BD, or GTM roles in SaaS, energy, or compliance-focused sectorsA track record of closing deals (ideally in regulated or technical environments)Confidence in leading customer conversations with technical or C-level stakeholdersCuriosity and empathy to understand a customer’s real pain points - and particularly : love for industrial B2B customers (yes, for better and worse!)Excellent written and spoken communication in English (German, French, Spanish are a plus)A personal drive to contribute to climate solutions and industrial decarbonizationWe encourage all qualified applicants to apply, even if you don't meet every single requirement.
