At LHH, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist profile for one of our clients, a travel insurance company based in Barcelona. The position is 100% remote , although there is an office available in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions (IT, Product, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.)
• Team with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics.
• Source proactively using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, internal referrals, and creative outreach.

Requirements :

Schedule : Full Time (7.5h / day). Location : 100% Remote (with access to our Barcelona office).. Eligibility : Must reside in Spain with valid documentation to work.
