WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a new joiner to join our Product Management team as an apprentice in product management. In this role, you will support the development of innovative digital solutions that create value for our customers. Guided by senior Product Managers and Leads, you will learn how to successfully define and create new web-based experiences for our users, execute on a product vision, collaborate across functions with software and data engineers, product designers and business leaders, and drive incremental improvements to our digital products and platform. This position is ideal for someone that recently finished university studies and wants to start a career in digital product management. We are seeking a candidate that is passionate about digital products and eager to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced and high-impact environment.

A TYPICAL DAY

• Learn to successfully execute product strategy and roadmap set by Leads and other Product Managers.
• Support the discovery, definition, and refinement of requirements for digital features and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure clear product delivery.
• Learn to influence successful outcomes by building trust and alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to the analysis of product performance through metrics, data, and customer feedback.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, product reviews, and other agile development activities.
