We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements :

  • — 3+ years of Product Manager experience in gray niches;
  • — Knowledge of UI / UX principles;
  • — Knowledge of product analytics within the domain context;
  • — Strong cross-functional management skills;
  • — Understanding of key product and business metrics, ability to make decisions based on them;
  • — Experience in increasing product conversion rate (CRO);
  • — Experience in developing websites on different CMS and platforms (setting tasks for developers, designers and QA);
  • — Experience in managing product backlog and setting priorities aligned with business objectives and team capacity;
  • — Ability to forecast and plan tasks within sprints, and across monthly and quarterly cycles.

    Responsibilities :

  • — Product development and optimization;
  • — Tracking, analyzing, and improving product metrics, including conversion rate, LTV, ARPU, and retention rate;
  • — Driving the formation of the product roadmap based on strategy and data, and presenting it for business approval;
  • — Implementing technical development according to the roadmap, assigning and overseeing tasks for tech, design, payment, content, and other departments;
  • — Full ownership of the product backlog;
  • — Collaborating with the retention department to implement customer retention mechanics;
  • — Understanding and managing payment systems and flows;
  • — Regular monitoring and analysis of competitors’ products to identify and implement competitive advantages;
  • — Experience in designing bonus systems will be considered a plus, but is not a core responsibility.
