Expert SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

Are you a proactive SAP SuccessFactors specialist seeking a challenging role where you can utilize your skills and experience to drive business success? As an exceptional consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead end-to-end project implementations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities : Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking projects, including Time Sheet and Time Off modules

Apply the SAP Activate methodology to manage project phases and deliverables effectively

Collaborate with clients to define business processes and align them with system capabilities

Support pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution presentations

Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle

Oversee system configurations, testing, and issue resolution

Lead workshops and training sessions to enable client teams and end-users

Document project progress, change requests, and enhancement opportunities

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field

3-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking

Proven track record as a Lead Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors implementations

Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management principles

Involvement in presales activities is highly desirable

SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, or related modules are a plus

Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

Ability to work collaboratively within virtual, cross-functional teams

Strong leadership and project management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
