OPS Excellence Senior Manager

Join our team as a OPS Excellence Senior Manager – play a vital role in driving operational excellence, quality, performance improvement and standardization across the country to all the equity. Help us to ensure that AmRest not only meets but exceeds industry standards in all aspects of restaurant operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, closely collaborating with senior management and external organizations.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with AmRest's franchisors to ensure smooth communication, best practice share including compliance of IFA.
  • Lead franchisor-driven Operations Excellence programs, processes and projects.
  • Manage brand standards through creation of Brand Manuals, routine audits and review with local teams.
  • Be the “Voice of Operations” within the organization, providing valuable insights to drive key brand initiatives / projects.
  • Respond to internal control / audit recommendations to ensure legality and ops excellence of processes.
  • Implement AmRest systems across the brands within the countries / regions and manage timelines for all deliverables.
  • Manage an integration process for the responsible markets from OPS Excellence side.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current procedures, through root cause problem identification and structured problem-solving methodology.
  • “Loves” people and make sure they know about it every single day.
  • Stretch people to perform at their best each time by setting goals and expectations, helping them succeed and rewarding high results.
  • Apply a “less is more” mindset in managing budgets and resources.
  • Proactively look for functional best practices, spread knowledge, experience, findings and provide constructive inputs to support the superior in creation and roll-out of the departmental strategy / agenda.

Your Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of functional experience.
  • Proved leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Change Management, Ops Excellence, Lean Methodology, Continuous Improvement – nice to have.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cooperate with all levels of hierarchy.
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners and work cross-functionally in an organization.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative, commitment, and orientation on improving processes.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Working in a growing multinational company in an international team located in different countries.
