Our BI & Analytics team works at the intersection of technology and business, partnering with international stakeholders to design data products, build advanced models, and develop powerful dashboards. Responsibilities Create personalized dashboards and reports aligned with client objectives.

Lead workshops with clients, presenting insights and showcasing data products.

Design and implement KPI frameworks that connect business goals with digital measurement, optimizing conversion funnels.

Develop robust data models to support scalable data products.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide data-driven perspectives.

Own technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and clear communication with project managers.

Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering best practices and technical excellence.

Act as the main technical point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and progress updates.

Prioritize and balance workload across projects, identifying risks and proactively proposing solutions.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in BI & Analytics.

Fluency in SQL and English (must-have).

Proficiency in Python (data manipulation, APIs, automation).

Strong communication skills to convey insights to both technical and business audiences.

Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, MicroStrategy).

Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have Looker or DBT certification.

Experience with cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift / Athena).

Knowledge of Google Marketing Suite (GA, GTM, Campaign Manager).

ETL / ELT and Data Engineering background.

Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs for BI use cases.
