Role

As a Product Lead , you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution within the Back Office product domain — managing 3 product squads. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver high-impact solutions that align with company objectives. You’ll also independently lead 1–2 cross-domain initiatives from concept to launch and performance analysis.
