IT Operations Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to lead our local IT operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, driving IT transformation initiatives, and overseeing infrastructure management and cybersecurity measures.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise software implementations and integrations, as well as experience in project management methodologies and risk management.

• Leadership and Team Management : Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Change Management Capabilities : Proven ability to manage change and implement new processes and technologies, with a focus on minimizing disruption and maximizing benefit.
