As an IT Operations Technician within the IT Support team, your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive support across various departments within the company, focusing on improving processes and enhancing on-premises infrastructure and services. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization's ongoing growth by balancing the workload between improvement initiatives and the critical need to service internal customers effectively. You will collaborate closely with key teams including IT Support, CyberSecurity, Compliance, Business Operations, and Office Management.
This role offers a hybrid work environment in our Marbella office.
𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗣-𝗨𝗣 𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗬
In your first month, you will become familiar with our existing IT infrastructure and processes, while also starting to engage with various teams to understand their specific IT needs and challenges. You will begin to take ownership of small implementation projects and start triaging and diagnosing support issues as they arise.
After six months, you will have successfully led implementation projects independently, enhancing our IT services and infrastructure. You will demonstrate proficiency in providing L2 / L3 technical support and will be well-versed in onboarding new technologies and services, ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 processes.
