Tasks :
Build and lead a new Global Business Development & Key Account Management Intralogistics function, setting global standards and governance
Manage directly some of our important Global Key Accounts , acting as a global ambassador for Kardex
Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth from our most strategic customers
Lead and inspire a high-performing, international team of Segment Experts to support business development in our organic markets
Partner with regional teams to design and deploy go-to-market strategies that drive measurable top-line growth
Establish long-term partnerships with global key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth on a global level
Profile :
Proven track record in Business Development & Global Key Account Management , ideally in B2B industrial sectors
Strong experience in building high-performing teams and functions across multiple regions
Hands-on sales experience and drive, with ability to manage Global Key Accounts directly
Exceptional strategic acumen , with the ability to translate vision into results
Skilled in performance management, change leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration
Excellent communicator in English and relationship-builder at senior levels
European based with flexibility for extensive international travel
