Sales Specialist Training

Descripción del trabajoDeliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for account managers at all levels (junior, mid, senior). Collaborate with the Senior Training and Development Manager to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training content. Support the rollout of sales training initiatives, including playbooks, best practices, and process improvements. Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve training programs and materials. Assist in the creation and delivery of e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops. Fluent English. At least C1 Experience : B2B Sales Training, L&D, coaching, or sales enablement. Sales, preferably in account management, acquisition, or retention roles is a plus. Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others. Mindset : Growth-oriented, collaborative, and eager to share knowledge. Bonus points : Experienced with e-learning tools (content creation). Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., flexible. 25% remote work. Are you passionate about sales and helping others succeed? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our B2B sales team. In this hybrid role, you will dedicate approximately 30% of your time to direct sales activities (acquisition, reactivation, and retention) and 70% to supporting the training, development, and enablement of our account managers across Europe.
You will play a key role in driving revenue while also shaping the skills and success of our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and internal coaching environments.
Sales (30%)
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on acquisition, reactivation, and retention.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM.
Training & Development (70%)
