Overview As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will design and implement impactful training programs for sellers in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver seller training programs customized for the Spanish market, improving sellers' knowledge and capabilities.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure training content reflects the latest platform features and industry trends.
Analyze seller feedback and training outcomes to refine programs, enhance seller engagement, and improve their performance.
Create engaging training materials (tutorials, infographics, videos) covering product listings, marketing strategies, and customer service. Your role requires strong communication and design skills to create impactful and engaging training content.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in training or seller management, preferably in e-commerce or seller-focused roles.
Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sellers' needs.
