Responsibilities Support the CEO and the Head of Management in administrative matters related to the company.

Maintain the office and office supplies. Handle incoming mail and other materials.

Attend to telephone calls and visitors. Liaise with internal and external contact

Liaise with suppliers.

Support the financial team in tracking of invoices, expenses and payments.

Organize the logistics of internal and external events (including virtual events).

Organize travel arrangements.

Support project managers with management of mailing lists and maintenance of other project tools.

Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.

Maintain schedules and calendars.

Arrange and confirm appointments.

Coordinate the internal flow of information.

Ensure the application of the company's administrative procedures. Maintain updated the ISO system.
