About the Team
Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected helping them grow within Fever.
Within Growth the Distribution team expands our reach beyond Fevers owned channels by partnering with resellers to distribute our experiences across their curated thirdparty platforms unlocking incremental revenue from niche audiences typically tourists.
Our decisions are datadriven from the highest to the lowest strategy level. This means owning the data dashboards and KPI framework that track performance by product vertical reseller and geography so we can optimize the distribution strategy for each product and maximize sales.
About the role
- Be the main owner endtoend of distribution data & performance analysis from defining key metrics and building dashboards to analyzing them and shaping our distribution strategy
- Be handson with SQL and a BI platform (e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI Metabase) to build and automate dashboards (by product vertical partner geography) define clear KPIs ensure data quality and maintain a single source of truth
- Ensure the successful execution of our distribution plan across markets by conducting channel sizing and prioritization building revenue models and shaping gotomarket strategies for new platforms and partnerships
- Collaborate closely with external partners and with internal teams to meet performance expectations and scale incremental revenue
- Scope run and analyze experiments across channels (pricing tests marketing investments alternative discounts etc.) translating insights into concrete recommendations playbooks and roadmaps
- Diagnose and improve our ways of working surface strengths gaps and bottlenecks in processes and reporting cadences to refocus efforts on the highestROI opportunities
- Collaborate across different markets in a diverse international environment spanning 40 countries contributing to repeatable best practices that help partners grow within Fever
About You
You hold a STEM degree (Engineering Mathematics Statistics Data)35 years in analytics / growth / strategy roles within highgrowth startups or demanding corporate environmentsAdvanced SQL (required) and one or more BI tools e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI or Metabase with a track record of building automated reliable dashboards and a single source of truthStrong analytical toolkitProcessimprovement oriented : you spot strengths and gaps in team ways of working and drive pragmatic changes to focus efforts where impact is highestExcellent communication and stakeholder management; you influence without authority and collaborate seamlessly with Supply Product and Marketing teamsProficient in English and Spanish; an additional language is a plusNice to have : Prior experience with other statistical analysis tools or procedures in other sectors or environmentsBenefits & Perks
