Dutch-Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist Barcelona

We are currently hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our international team in Barcelona. If youre passionate about digital marketing, have a bit of sales experience, and want to grow your career in online advertising, this is your opportunity.

Your Responsibilities

Assist senior campaign managers in managing and optimizing Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Support in writing and adjusting ad copy and landing pages
Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement insights
Prepare campaign performance reports and presentations
Stay informed about trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Full-time, permanent position in sunny Barcelona

Competitive salary : approx. 25,000 gross / year + performance bonuses

What Were Looking For

Native-level Dutch and good English (B2 level)

EU Passport

Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

A strong interest in digital marketing and advertising

Analytical mindset and basic Excel skills

Strong communication skills and motivation to grow
