The Role

We’re hiring an ambitious, generalist Lead Product Engineer to be the technical driver behind customer-facing experiences. Although a small team will be built around you, this is a largely IC position reporting directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Work On

• Build & ship : Implement user-facing features across the stack (front end + back end + data plumbing). Releases at least weekly are normal
• Hook up data : Integrate and transform large datasets from internal systems to power product features and insights. This includes working with data conversion and integration to ensure seamless flow
• Automate delivery : Set up automated workflows to take data from the lab to graphs on the customer’s screen with minimal manual effort
• Make it usable : Sweat UX details; simplify flows; remove friction; with tight feedback loops
• Own quality pragmatically : Tests where they matter, feature flags, and basic observability—no heavyweight ceremony
• Lightweight leadership : Code reviews that unblock and mentorship that accelerates. No nit-picks. Direct feedback
• Iterate on the software that is the digital face of the company : your responsibility is build great user experiences
