Senior Affiliates Manager Marketing Madrid

As our Senior Affiliates Manager, you’ll be a key driver of growth by expanding and strengthening our network of affiliate partners. You’ll own the end-to-end relationship, from identifying new opportunities to nurturing long-term, high-impact partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone who combines commercial acumen with relationship-building finesse, and is excited to take our Affiliate Program to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Grow the network : Proactively source and onboard new affiliate partners globally, from content creators to large-scale publishers.

Manage top accounts : Lead commercial negotiations, track performance, and optimize deals with high-performing partners.

Own the strategy : Define and execute affiliate acquisition and retention strategies aligned with growth goals.

Monitor & optimize : Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and unlock growth opportunities.

Ensure quality : Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all affiliate content complies with Hellotickets’ standards and guidelines.

Be a connector : Work cross-functionally with product, content, legal, marketing, and tech to align affiliate needs with internal priorities.

Represent us : Attend key industry events and build visibility for Hellotickets in the affiliate ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience managing affiliate programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Demonstrated success driving revenue through affiliate marketing, especially with international or travel-related partners.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. You’re confident in pitching and closing deals.

Analytical mindset : you’re comfortable working with data to drive decisions, using tools like Google Analytics, Tapfiliate, and other affiliate platforms.

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a good understanding of tracking, attribution, and integrations.

Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global team.

Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.

Bonus : Experience in the OTA industry (live events, activities, tours).

Languages

French or Spanish are a plus
