We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Marbella (Costa del Sol).

Responsibilities

Manage the full business cycle, from property acquisition to closing deals.

Provide expert advice to property owners and buyers.

Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values.

Carry out marketing activities in the target area (networking events, farming, leafleting, local events). Coordinate and conduct property viewings.

Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.

Follow Engel & Völkers’ training and development methodology.

Handle all documentation and procedures required for transactions.

Keep the CRM up to date, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups.

Apply internal procedures regarding anti-money laundering and personal data protection.
