What You'll Do

The Associate Growth Architect leads key workstreams to develop and implement growth strategies across marketing, channels. Growth architects use a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to design and scale initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Bring expertise in marketing execution in CRM, personalization and advanced retention strategies This includes the hands-on set-up of campaigns from idea conception to scaling
• Define and validate performance KPIs, to measure the effectiveness of the strategy and execution Develop and implement measurement and analytics in order to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and to drive optimization .
• Define, execute, analyze, and optimize CRO tests.
• Develop business cases to inform prioritization of initiatives
• Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use.
• Convert customer insights into growth action plans.
• Act agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity.
