Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
- Oversee financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes across new investment opportunities.
- Conduct industry and market analysis to support investment theses.
- Actively engage with portfolio companies, supporting strategic initiatives and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of investment strategy and pipeline origination in coordination with senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the investment team.
Candidate Requirements
7–10 years of relevant experience in private equity, transaction services (Big 4), or investment banking or PE.Proven track record executing M&A or direct investments.Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities (Excel proficiency required).Experience working closely with management teams and portfolio companies.Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial team structure.Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.Compensation
