Position Overview

As the Head of Home, Motor & Health Solutions, you will lead a team dedicated to designing, innovating, developing, and managing product and service solutions for these business lines. This role holds overall accountability for international products and solutions, aiming to enhance customer outcomes and support AXA Partners' commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for profitable, customer-oriented products and services
• Management and development of products to meet customer needs
• Standardization and improvement of terms and conditions, focusing on customer-friendly wording and computable contracts
• Global product ownership for developing and managing customer solutions
• Responsibility for customer journeys, from design to execution
• Leading a high-performance team through motivation, coaching, and career development
• Effective communication and relationship management within and across departments
• Managing financials, budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Supporting business development and client-centric initiatives

Skills and Experience

We seek a professional with extensive experience in insurance or related markets (automotive, health, travel), with strong skills in transformation, innovation, and management. Familiarity with international operations, operational management, and P&L responsibility is essential. The ideal candidate will be curious about new technologies, with leadership qualities such as teamwork, agility, entrepreneurship, and strategic thinking. Networking, team-building, positivity, self-awareness, and integrity are highly valued.
