SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with German (Ref : 3fRHP)

Objectives

Deliver tailored, end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
• Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
• Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
• Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
• Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
