We are seeking SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultants with strong expertise in Payroll to support international implementation, enhancement, and support projects, ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence in payroll processing.
Contract Duration
6 months, with possibility of extension;
Location
Madrid (Hybrid Model, minimum 2 on-site days per week);
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, configure, and optimize SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Central;
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation;
Provide corrective and enhancement support for payroll processes;
Collaborate on integration between HCM / SuccessFactors and third-party systems;
Prepare functional and technical documentation (FS, TS, unit and integration testing);
Support business stakeholders and promote continuous process improvement;
Work effectively in global and multicultural environments, communicating fluently in English.
Technical Requirements
8+ years of proven experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors;
Strong expertise in Payroll (Spain) and local labor compliance;
Practical experience in Employee Central, Time Management, and Integrations (CPI, BTP, etc.);
Advanced customization and configuration skills for schemas, rules, wage types, and PCRs;
Experience with regression testing and international rollouts;
Preferred : exposure to RISE with SAP / S / 4HANA HCM or EC Payroll projects.
Desired Profile
Senior and autonomous consultant, capable of managing analysis through delivery;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international clients;
Availability for a hybrid work model (minimum 2 on-site days per week);
Comfortable working in dynamic, multicultural environments.
