Job Summary
As a seasoned Project Manager , you will lead the delivery of complex projects involving Conversational AI and Contact Center technology. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with clients to gather requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and contact center technology projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain project deliverables (plans, schedules, risk assessments, reports).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and technology partners.
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights.
Requirements :
8+ years of experience in project / program management, account management, or professional services.Proven experience leading technology delivery projects (ideally contact center, AI, analytics, or customer engagement).Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum or equivalent).Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent presentation and communication skills.Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, analytics, IVR, voice systems.Fluent in English (C1 level or above); Spanish is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.Benefits :
