Overview
Job Title : Cloud Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of cloud services, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cloud service delivery or IT service management, with a strong understanding of cloud operations, SLAs, and service lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors, as well as defining, tracking, and reporting on SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics. Additionally, they will be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives in service quality, cost efficiency, and user experience.
This role requires a deep understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud governance, as well as proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting. Familiarity with FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization strategies is also essential.
Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with business stakeholders and vendors to maintain compliance, manage risks, and optimize contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud services, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Define, track, and report on SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service quality, cost efficiency, and user experience.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes, ensuring smooth service operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to maintain compliance, manage risks, and optimize contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
