Responsibilities
- You will be part of the team leading the evolution of key global processes, collaborating with different areas and countries to standardize, improve, and optimize the way we work.
- You will act as the link between business and technology areas, helping to define and adapt processes to the corporate ERP (SAP).
- You will analyze current processes and design how they should evolve to improve efficiency and results.
- You will coordinate with the IT Business Partners area to ensure proper implementation of defined processes.
- You will ensure communication and project follow-up, guaranteeing that deadlines, resources, and objectives are met.
- You will promote a culture of change, driving new ways of working based on best practices and global tools.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, controlling, or auditing).Strong SAP expertise and solid understanding of business processes.Analytical mindset and data-driven approach combined with strategic vision.Excellent communication and influencing skills , with the ability to drive consensus.Curious attitude , open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn.Agile mindset and adaptability to changing environments.Proven experience in project and change management .Fluent English (both spoken and written); Spanish will be considered a plus.What we offer
