Are you an accounting professional (ideally with experience in a Big 4 or similar firm) looking to broaden your impact by shaping how we win and deliver accounting services to global clients?Join ourBusiness Development teamand help shape how we deliver our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) solutions to multinational clients.About the role : We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who brings bothaccounting expertiseand abusiness development mindset —ideally with experience in a Big Four or similar environment.Your mission : Support the development and implementation of global business development strategies for GCR services by contributing to the monitoring and analysis of performance metrics and KPIs, while also assisting in the design of a strong, scalable client onboarding framework to ensure consistent and efficient integration of new clients.Your activities : Manage the preparation of commercial proposals and RFP's for multinational clientsCoordinate input collection from country teams and service line expertsPrepare high-quality client-facing materials and internal presentationsLead the transition process of accounting and financial compliance services following a successful proposal (from pursuit to hypercare phase), ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectationsYour profile : Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial compliance (ideally in a professional services firm like the Big 4)Solid understanding of accounting principlesand financial processes, with the ability to support and drive client transitions of accounting / financial functions.Direct involvement in the preparation of financial statements, statutory reporting, or global compliance deliverablesStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication and writing skills, with a focus on quality and clarity.Proactive and collaborative mindset; comfortable working in international and cross-cultural environmentsFluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusNice-to-have : ?
