After some very strong firsts years establishing ourselves in the Spanish and French markets, we're now growing and looking fora talented, driven and entrepreneurial teammateto join us.This is a role for someone who thrives instartup and fast-paced environments, loves dynamic, young cultures, and adapts quickly to the changing needs of a growing business.What You'll Be DoingAs aBusiness Development & Tech Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will havefull ownership of your business unit : Design and execute your commercial strategyto build and manage a portfolio of clients.Develop new business opportunitiesthrough prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships.Advise your clientsby understanding their challenges, needs and culture to become a true business partner.Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent mapping and sourcing strategies to interviews and offer management.Source talent creatively, through CV screening, events, communities and new ideas — being bold and differentCoach and support candidatesthroughout their job search process and career decisions.Organize and manage candidate / client meetingsto ensure smooth processes and solid relationships.Optimize employer branding and candidate experienceto attract top-tier talent.Build long-term trust with clients and candidates, becoming a key influencer in their growth and success.Manage the financial performance of your business unit, defining your own growth strategy and goals.Contribute actively to the team's success, sharing your results, ideas and improvements.Have fun, learn, and grow with us .What We're Looking ForEntrepreneurial, business-driven and ambitious mindset.You enjoy creating your own opportunities.Strongresilience, proactivity, and ownershipin facing challenges.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build trust quickly.Ideally some experience as abusiness developer, recruitment consultant or in a startup / scaleup(but if not, we'll train you
