Business Development Manager - International B2B Sales

Location : Hybrid (Madrid)

Contract type : Permanent

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence in international markets — especially in English-speaking countries — and open new business opportunities in the B2B digital services space.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities using advanced outreach strategies.

Sales Outreach : Conduct cold calls, cold emails and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest.

CRM Management : Use HubSpot to manage contacts, track deals, and maintain up-to-date pipeline data.

Client Acquisition : Take ownership of the sales cycle from first contact to deal closing.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator : Leverage this tool to identify decision-makers and build high-quality connections.

Collaboration : Work closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation efforts and accelerate growth.

Performance : Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets , reporting on KPIs and pipeline progression.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital services, SaaS, or professional solutions.

Proven success in cold prospecting and client acquisition .

Proficient in HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Excellent command of English (C1 or above) .

Knowledge of digital marketing or translation / localization services is a plus.
