Your responsibilities
You will provide organizational and administrative support to the sales team in handling sales opportunities and tenders. The main goal is to increase efficiency in the sales process through structured input and to ensure compliance with formal requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update sales opportunities in Salesforce.
- Coordinate and provide organizational support in preparing bid and offer documents.
- Track deadlines, tasks, and feedback within the sales process.
- Review documents for completeness and compliance with formal requirements.
- Support in preparing and gathering evidence of suitability, as well as compliance and transparency statements.
- Prepare sales documents and presentations.
- Work closely with bid management, sales, and, where required, central support functions
- You will work in close partnership with an experienced Bid Manager. Together, you will form a two-person team for the preparation of each proposal
What makes you the perfect candidate
Previous experience in sales support, bid management, or administrative roles (experience in IT or technology-related fields is an advantage).Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under time pressure.Fluent in English (additional languages such as German are a plus).We value
