About The Team

Our Operations team ensures everything runs smoothly across many products and countries. We focus on increasing efficiency and maintaining a best‑in‑class experience for all stakeholders. We love testing, launching, and executing new projects, and supervise all operations‑related topics from event execution to partner operations, and from processes to tools.

About the Role

Participate in company‑wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business.

Lead a project with senior team support, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines.

Lead analysis for multiple projects, identifying the best solutions while considering client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability.

Lead projects coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Identify areas of improvement and work on continuous‑improvement strategy and processes across all business areas, especially in logistics and operations.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

About You

1–2 years relevant experience (consulting, operations or tech related).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Experience in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.

Previous experience in logistics, operations or distribution is highly valued.

Previous experience preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valued.

Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is highly valued.
