Responsibilities
Delivery of external reporting
Draft presentations and Q&A for quarterly and annual financial reporting as well as financial materials and presentations for Capital Markets Day and Annual General Meeting
Manage the printed and online content of internal and external IR materials including the filings to the CNMV and the 20-F Form to be filled with the SEC
Draft periodical financial reports, capital markets communications, and regulatory announcements in collaboration with Grifols corporate communication, accounting and consolidation departments
Maintain back-up documentation to support all IR deliverables and engage with key business areas to structure the storytelling of Grifols to the capital markets
Develop effective interactions with the sell-side analysts (equity and debt)
Drive initiation and coverage
Maintain and manage consensus estimates
Ensure analysts have a solid grasp of underlying hypotheses
Review brokers’ research, provide internal feedback on key publications, and offer relevant updates to management
Drive and support ongoing interactions with institutional investors
Design outreach initiatives to liaise with potential investors
Document and analyze investor queries, behaviors and trading patterns
Drive participation to corporate events, networking accordingly with brokers
Monitor and analyze market activity
Track and monitor share-price developments, volumes and trading activities
Closely track issues that might impact the sector and disseminate information internally when appropriate
Qualifications
Who you are :
Skills / Qualifications / Education Requirements : (To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
You have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar field
You bring 5 years of experience in finance, banking, audit, or consulting
You are native in Spanish and have a professional proficiency level in English
Solid understanding of financial analysis, complex financial accounting issues, capital markets and corporate finance
Adept at working on project-based initiatives and under tight deadlines
Experience in capital markets, corporate finance / investor relations and healthcare / pharmaceutical sector are a plus
Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and generating dialogue and insights with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive, organized and confident personal and professional style
Credibility to command respect on internal and external levels in a market-leading investment organization
Capacity to represent the company at the highest level of client interaction, including the ability to articulate complex investment processes to diverse investment audiences
Ability to drive results by establishing and achieving objectives within tight timeframes
Capacity to operate independently while at the same time serving as a strong team player
Ability to manage diverse priorities with excellent organizational skills

Flexible schedule : Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time)
