Overview Climate Investment Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Climate Investment Associate to join our investment team in Madrid. This role will involve supporting transformative companies across Europe, working alongside seasoned investors and industrial leaders.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to accelerating the adoption of climate solutions at scale. Your expertise will be crucial in driving industrial decarbonization across Southern Europe.

Responsibilities Assessing business models, conducting financial analysis, and supporting investment execution

Building ecosystem relationships and adding value to portfolio companies beyond capital

Collaborating with senior investors and industrial leaders to drive transformative change

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, corporate development, or top-tier strategy consulting. A strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and solid understanding of industrial sectors, climate technologies, and / or deep tech innovation are essential for success. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a highly preferred language skill. Relocation to Madrid is mandatory, but remote work options are available for those willing to relocate.
