Senior Financial Strategist
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned financial strategist to lead our organization's financial strategy and direction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Your mission will be to drive profitable and sustainable growth, optimize our financial structure, and foster a culture of operational excellence and digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy : Define and execute our financial strategy aligned with corporate and growth objectives.
- Finance Leadership : Lead all finance functions including management control, accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury, audit, and risk management.
- Financial Planning : Oversee financial planning (forecast, budgeting, business plan) and ensure compliance and follow-up.
- KPIs and Dashboards : Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to provide visibility and control over business evolution.
- Profitability Analysis : Analyze and optimize service / project profitability and cost structures.
- Operational Efficiency : Drive operational efficiency and financial digitalization initiatives, including process automation and emerging technology adoption.
- Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with financial institutions, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.
- Corporate Transactions : Actively participate in corporate transactions (M&A, investments, joint ventures), leading financial analysis and integration.
- Financial Reporting : Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
Requirements
Educational Background : Degree in Business, Economics or similar. MBA or Master in Finance is a plus.Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance / Controlling.Consulting Experience : Strong understanding and previous experience in the consulting environment is mandatory, including business models, cost structures, and project dynamics.Transformation Skills : Proven track record in financial transformation, ERP implementation (Navision, SAP, NetSuite), and BI tools.Leadership : Ability to lead high-performance teams and manage change in dynamic settings.Languages : High professional English level (C1 minimum).
