Financial Modelling and Investment Analysis Specialist

Job Summary The Investment Analysis and M&A team plays a key role in providing strategic valuation support to senior management. The team leads the execution of acquisition and divestment processes, ensuring that projects comply with shareholders' investment criteria.

As an M&A Associate, you will work closely with the team managers to provide financial modelling and analysis support. You will also assist junior team members in developing their skills.

Perform comprehensive financial modelling and investment analysis to support the M&A Manager and Bid Structuring team in competitive tender processes.

Conduct thorough investment analysis to support the Technical and Procurement teams in assessing technical solutions for projects.

Support M&A transactions (both buy-side and sell-side) by providing financial modelling and coordinating due diligence processes involving internal teams and external advisors.

Prepare investment files for presentation to management committee and sponsors, highlighting key project details.

Develop and document best practices for valuation and modelling.

Guide and train junior team members in financial modelling and analysis techniques.

Requirements 3-5 years experience in financial modelling and conducting investment analysis, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Expertise in developing complex financial models with project financing.

Knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.

Understanding of financial statements, tax structures, and corporate governance.

Education Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or Engineering.

Language Skills Fluent English language skills, other languages an advantage.
