What You’ll Do
It’s a 100% Sales job for the Large Enterprise Segment (6- to 9-month sale cycle; deal average about 100k€ per year).
Build your business strategy, implement a successful sales action plan, and execute it with intensity.
Drive account growth and revenue in your territory in the German market through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal.
Partner closely with Customer Success teams to nurture, expand, and maximize account value.
Represent goFLUENT at exhibitions, events, and client meetings throughout your territory.
What You’ll Need
Experience : 2–5 years of successful value-based B2B sales experience with a track record of growing strategic accounts. SaaS and international sales experience is a strong plus.
Hard skills : Ability to drive value-based B2B sales in complex client environments; comfortable managing multiple key stakeholders with a consultative approach.
Soft skills : Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, good analytical skills, and capable of balancing high-value strategic objectives with ad hoc requests.
Mindset : Strong ownership of your territory; you are the “CEO” of your portfolio.
Culture fit : Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.
Language : Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (C1).
