The Position

We are collaborating with a multinational FMCG company who is currently involved in one of the greatest transformation projects and, at the same time, they are expanding their business. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT & Digital Expansion Specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their IT and International Distributors teams. This role is critical in supporting the company’s entry into new markets by ensuring robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure and digital capabilities to fulfill the needs of the business. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business development, operations, and local market teams to enable seamless tools integration and digital readiness in each new market.

Key Responsibilities

Business-Driven IT Analysis

• Analyze the business model, operational needs, and business expectations in each new market to identify IT requirements.
• Translate business needs (short- and long-term) and IT requirements into actionable IT initiatives, ensuring technology supports commercial success and operational efficiency.
• Assess local IT requirements, regulations, and infrastructure needs in target markets.
• Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, advising on what IT initiatives are required to expand in new markets and beyond.
