Solutions Engineer

Your role

The Solution Engineer (f / m / d) supports technical design activities for commercial opportunities collaborating with Sales Engineering and Operations to ensure seamless solution delivery. Acting as the technical face of Digital Realty they align solutions with customer needs while identifying opportunities for upselling and strategic value.

• Support Enterprise Accounts teams with technical sales and solutions across EMEA.
• Lead prospect engagements including site tours presales calls proposals pricing and contract negotiations.
• Identify document and design solutions for customer technical needs in critical infrastructure and fitout.
• Act as a regional Subject Matter Expert ensuring consistency in multisite solution design and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with standards and customer requirements.
• Assist in RFI / RFP responses forecasting pipeline analysis and market insights.
• Conduct site tours customer workshops and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
