We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team! As a Solutions Engineer at CloudZone, you will :

• Support and mentor customers through their DevOps journeys, empowering them to create robust infrastructures and applications at scale with cloud-based and cloud-native technologies.
• Create and introduce scalable, flexible, and resilient DevOps and cloud solutions tailored to our customers' unique business challenges.
• Share your passion for cloud-native technologies by hosting workshops, meetups, and writing blogs that help others learn and grow.
• Promptly address escalated technical challenges, working closely with customers to find the best solutions.
• Collaborate with CloudZone's sales and customer success teams to understand and explore customer needs.
• Maintain a passion for technology and continuous learning, always exploring new possibilities.
