Independent M&A Advisory role for Senior Executives

We seek C-level executives with previous senior management positions, a clear industry specialty, and a desire to become M&A Advisors in their industry of specialty . ONEtoONE welcomes them into the organization's core and provides them with M&A training and the full support of investment bankers, analysts, search teams, and resources to successfully execute any deal.

ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Group is an international investment banking firm with offices worldwide, specializing in M&A advisory for the middle market. We have over 150+ M&A advisors in 50+ cities focused on global mid-market transactions.

We expect almost complete dedication when joining our international network of M&A advisors. We are not hiring employees or third-party service providers.

Senior advisors play a protagonist role, teaming up with investment bankers (sharing fees on a 50%-50% basis), using our M&A tools, international brand, global network of peers, and back office support including deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists dedicated to deal generation.

Senior advisors increase their income by creating and participating in deals and collaborating with a global team of M&A colleagues.

Your Profile :

• Over 15 years as a senior executive
• Clear sectoral expertise
• Expertise in finance and accounting
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent command of English
• Training and support provided to become an M&A advisor in your sector
• A dedicated M&A team will support you
