Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be part of the Account Management team providing daily service to one or more clients. Your role involves acting as the main contact with the client, managing activities and projects from execution to delivery. You will coordinate client requests internally and collaborate with teams such as Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, Media, and external suppliers.
Building strong relationships with clients and external partners is essential. You will report to an Account Manager or Account Director who leads the account.
Responsibilities
Daily tasks include :
Establishing relationships with the client's marketing team and internal departments.
Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
Managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
Preparing briefs, reports, reviews, meetings, and presentations.
Providing updates to senior Account Management.
Handling budget control and billing coordination.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have :
A Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields, or about 1 year of client management experience.
Strong knowledge of digital communication environments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, being dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Openness to new ideas and change.
